Tender Solutions LLP appreciates your interest in subscribing to our services. All users are advised to carefully read and understand this Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing any subscription or payment.

1. No Cancellation After Activation

Once a subscription is activated by Tender Solutions LLP for any user and/or order, the subscription shall be deemed final, binding, and non-cancellable.

The subscription cannot be cancelled at any time during its active tenure. Accordingly, no refund — whether partial or full — shall be issued under any circumstances for the remaining subscription period.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Tender Solutions LLP follows a strict no-refund policy once services have been activated. Upon activation of the subscribed plan, all fees paid shall be non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.

3. Nature of Services & Information Disclaimer

Tender Solutions LLP provides tender information, alerts, bidding assistance, GeM services, and consultancy support strictly based on information published by respective government departments, tendering authorities, and procurement portals

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely updates:

• Refunds cannot be claimed for typographical errors.
• Refunds cannot be claimed for delayed updates.
• Refunds cannot be claimed for missed tenders.
• Refunds cannot be claimed for incomplete, incorrect, modified, or withdrawn information published by the tendering authority.

All tender information is shared strictly on an “as published” and “as available” basis.

4. No Guarantee of Tender Award

Subscription to services offered by Tender Solutions LLP does not guarantee the award of any tender, contract, work order, or business opportunity.

Tender results and contract awards are solely determined by the respective tendering authority. Tender Solutions LLP shall not be held responsible for rejection, disqualification, technical evaluation outcomes, financial evaluation outcomes, or non-award of any bid.

No refund shall be entertained on the grounds of non-selection or non-award of tender.

5. Subscriber Responsibility

Subscribers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of subscription, including but not limited to:

• Company Name
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Registered Address
• GST Details (if applicable)
• Any other mandatory information required in the subscription form

Tender Solutions LLP shall not be liable for issues arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the subscriber.

Upon successful activation:

• Login credentials (User ID & Password) will be shared with the registered email address.
• Daily tender alerts and service communications will be sent to the registered email ID.

If email alerts are not received due to spam filters, firewall restrictions, server downtime, incorrect email entry, mailbox capacity issues, or internal IT/networking problems, it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to resolve such issues. Refunds shall not be entertained on these grounds.

6. Non-Transferable Subscription

All subscriptions are strictly non-transferable and valid only for the registered subscriber/company.

Sharing of login credentials, unauthorized access, or misuse of services may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without any refund.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

In case of any payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or unauthorized transaction claim initiated by the subscriber after service activation:

• Tender Solutions LLP reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without notice.
• The Company reserves the right to recover any outstanding dues, administrative charges, gateway penalties, legal expenses, or associated costs arising from such disputes.

8. Force Majeure

Tender Solutions LLP shall not be held responsible for service interruption, delays, or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government portal downtime
• Technical failures or server issues
• Cyber incidents
• Natural disasters
• Regulatory changes
• Force majeure events

Such circumstances shall not entitle the subscriber to any refund or compensation.

9. Policy Modification Rights

Tender Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website of Tender Solutions LLP.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By subscribing to the services of Tender Solutions LLP and completing payment, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
